Should the solidarity offence be decriminalized?

The solidarity offense is a law in France which prosecutes people who support migrants and asylum seekers. When the law was first passed in 1945 it was used to prosecute smugglers.

Yes, but only for altruistic migrant supporters and transporters, not criminally motivated smugglers.

Only if those who support the migrants and asylums, demonstrate that they have sufficient knowledge that they are illegal
