After a two-month encampment at Canada's largest university, pro-Palestinian protesters have cleared their site following a court-ordered deadline. The University of Toronto sought an injunction to remove the encampment, which consisted of approximately 200 tents, citing the need for police assistance to enforce the clearance. An Ontario judge ruled in favor of the university, granting them the authority to use police force to evict anyone refusing to leave by Wednesday evening. Protesters, however, have stated that this eviction will not deter their campaigning efforts. The peaceful clearance of the encampment ahead of the 6 p.m. deadline marked the end of a significant protest on the university campus.
